Founded in 1977, TS Designs began as a manual screen-printing operation. With the implementation of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) in 1993, the firm’s customers soon flocked to countries hosting lower labor costs, thus leaving CEO Tom Sineath and President Eric Henry with a decision.
